Yes we have a team of plasterers that work for the company on a regular basis.

CAN I CHOOSE A DATE WHEN THE WORK CAN BE DONE?

We aim if possible to meet the needs of our customers, so if you have a date in mind please let us know when booking a plasterer.

DO I GET ANY FORM OF WARRANTY?

We offer a twelve month warranty on all the works carried out.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We currently work in the South East of England and the home counties although we are currently looking for new offices in the Midlands to cover most of the UK.

HOW DO I BOOK A PLASTERER?

Booking is done via our online support system which you will find here simply create an account and quote your reference number and our online support team will get back to you with a proposed date for plastering or alternatively telephone 0845 0569331.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PLASTERING?

We ask for no payment in advance and only ask that on the day that the works are finished payment is made then.

I HAVE A QUOTE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY WILL YOU MATCH OR BEAT IT?

If you have had a quote from us and you find someone that appears to be cheaper, then please forward the details to us via our online support and we will try and match it and if possible beat it - however this must be a like for like quote.

I WOULD LIKE MY NEW HOUSE PLASTERED IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes the online plasterer quote system has the option to quote for up to twenty rooms.

QUESTION 11 ASKS - DO YOU REQUIRE A PLASTERING CLEAN, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

We clean all the areas that we have worked in of debris and dust etc, however plastering is a wet trade and does not completely come off window frames, glass, electrical fittings, skirtings and floor boards until it is completely dry, which could be up to 48 hours later. So we offer a service that we come back and do a builders clean 24 to 48 hours after the work has been completed.

QUESTION 7 ASKS - WE REQUIRE AN ADHESIVE TO BE APPLIED - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The manufacturer of the products we use will warranty any of their products as long as the process of application is carried out correctly. We believe that this is important to follow to give our customers peace of mind that the materials used will do the job that they are designed for. We use a product called thistle bond-it - and we believe that most plastering companies use other products that cannot guarantee a warranty from the manufacturer. This needs to be applied to the walls 24 hours before we plaster and we give you the option of doing this yourself or having one of our team do it for you.
